Boxing for fitness is arguably the most effective fat burning exercise. Combined with a structured resistance program, this can be a fun and fast way to whip that body into shape!
In January 2010, Mark and Avril competed 3 weeks intensive Muay Thai training by Thai Champion kickboxer Weera Bautong in Phuket, Thailand, and In June returned to Thailand for another 2 week training camp under National Muay Thai champion Itsala Thumbnahnchewit.
All Wickedbodz trainers are qualified boxing instructors through Australia's leading boxing accreditors 'Thump' Boxing!
The myth that boxing for fitness is a male thing, has been blown out of the water with women dominating a number of boxing classes throughout the industry!
