What is
the 10 Week Fitness, Fat Loss and Toning Challenge?
You will have the opportunity
to participate in up to 8 small group training sessions per week
– there will be limited numbers per session for quality
control
and will be delivered on a first in first served basis. These will
include weights/resistance training sessions in the first-class
Wickedbodz personal
training studio, boxing and cardio circuits indoors and out and beach
sessions.
All sessions will be based in the Surfers
Paradise/Broadbeach area.
Who is
the Ladies Fitness, Fat Loss and Toning Challenge suitable for?
Wickedbodz Fitness, Fat
Loss and Toning Challenge
is aimed at anyone who is really, really… and I mean really
committed… to
losing body fat, improving muscle tone, improving fitness, over all
wellbeing
and general health or who just wants to look good and live for longer.
If one or
all of these are your goals and you are willing to put in 110%, then
our 10 Week
Fitness, Fat Loss and Toning Challenge is for YOU! If you want to be in
your
best shape this summer, then now is the time to start
training!! We will
assess all other factors such as injuries, limitations etc in your
consultation.
How will I keep motivated?
You will have a personal
trainer to give you encouragement and advice, answer your questions
when you
are unsure what you should be doing, structure your sessions for
optimal
results and to push you through your sessions! As you will be paying
the same amount for
training regardless of how many sessions you do, you won’t be
deterred from
training because of the money; instead encouraged to do as much as you
can,
enabling you to enjoy your training and have fun knowing you are doing
it right.
The more sessions you do, the faster your will achieve your goals and
there's
nothing like the motivation of seeing results! We also have a fully
qualified in-house nutritionist offering Wickedbodz
clientele consultations for just $40 including a full calorie counted
diet plan
tailored to suit you. We encourage all new clients to see her to ensure
best
results.
What are the costs?
Only $80 per week, for up
to 8 sessions!! Even if you only do the minimum of 4 sessions per week,
this
works out at $20 per session and $10 per session if you do them all.
The total cost
of the program is $800. This can be paid up front or via payment plan
over the
period of the 10 weeks. If you choose to pay up front, you will receive
a
discount and only pay $750. A $40 consultation with the nutritionist
(if required) is
in addition to the cost of the program.
I will be giving 110% commitment, so I will be expecting the same from all participants and have set a few guidelines that you must be willing to follow… There will be a lot of fun to be had with this in amongst the hard work!
1 You will be required to do a minimum of 4 sessions per week including 2 weights/resistance training sessions. 2 You must keep a food diary for the duration of the challenge, which will be checked weekly. 3 You will be weighing in every fortnight and we will be taking a comprehensive list of recordings including body fat %, muscle mass, metabolic rate, body circumference measurements, etc. 4 You will be participating in regular fitness and strength tests.

note that the above timetable is a guide only and days, times or
activity may
change.
You must notify us in
advance which sessions you would like to attend. In the case of
overwhelming
popularity, more sessions may be added, however there will always be a
minimum
of 8 to choose from.
Why are we doing this?
Our normal personal training prices
range between $50 and $120 a session based on a few different
variables, and for
most people to do up to 8 sessions a week at these prices is just not
feasible. Because of this many clients starting out only get to train
2-4 times
a week, which is fine if you are just looking to maintain your current
shape/fitness, but for those who really want to see some fast results
it can be
a struggle to stay motivated when training so little and results are
slow. To
really keep you motivated by seeing some fast results we have set up
this
challenge just for you! Provided you stay on track with your diet and
work hard
in your sessions you should be well on your way to achieving your
desired
results by the end of 10 weeks, as well as developing and having made
some
important lifestyle changes to keep you on track long-term, keep the
fat off
and look and feel fantastic this summer!
