When can I train?

Wickedbodz Fitness Centre is open for member access from 4am until 10pm, 7 days a week. One or more of our staff are usually in the gym between 530am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, however this changes depending on individual schedules. To make an appointment with one of our staff please Contact us.

As we are a very busy studio, all personal training sessions are by appointment only, and are subject to studio and trainer availability. Generally, our earliest sessions start at 5am and our latest sessions start at 7pm, however sessions outside these hours may be able to be accommodated on request.

Our small group training timetable can be found here.

How many times a week should I train?

It is completely up to you and what your time, work, life, health and budget will allow/require, what your goals are and how fast you want to achieve your results. Some people work out daily, and other people see their trainers as little as once a week. For most people and what they aim to achieve, a minimum of two resistance training sessions per week is recommended, however we will discuss this in your initial consultation.

How long is a personal training session?

Most of our one-on-one personal training sessions are 45mins, however at a client’s request we can accomodate shorter or longer sessions, subject to availability.

Is personal training affordable?

Wickedbodz offers one-on-one and small group personal training sessions at very reasonable prices. No gym membership is required to be able to participate in personal or group training at Wickedbodz. Our personal trainers are highly experienced, know how to get the most out of you, and how to get you results fast. Even professionals need a trainer to motivate and help them get the most out of their training time.

Some people think a Personal Trainer is expensive, though for many, much more money is being spent on ruining their health (eg. cigarettes, alcohol, junk food, eating out, gambling etc)! In comparison, personal training looks not only very affordable, but the results and benefits of looking and feeling good are invaluable… It’s all about prioritising!! If these people put as much money into their personal training as they did on things to destroy their health, not only would they look and feel better, but they would probably have cash left over at the end of the week!

You can pay by the session or in advance and there are packages to suit all individuals.
