NUTRITION

  • Meal Plan created by Wickedbodz Chef and Trainer James

  • Food diary checked regularly

EXERCISE

  • Unlimited group training plus full membership to the fitness centre during the challenge

  • Online classes via our Members Facebook Group

  • Classes including virtual classes, available 7 days a week

  • Gym membership and optional personalised program suited to your goals

  • Group sessions include Fastlane50, Wickedbodz Signature, Strength, Boxing Circuit and Muay Thai Circuit.

MINDSET

  • Advice on goal setting and staying motivated

  • Daily support from our trainers

  • Weekly emails from our trainers with tips, tricks and advice to keep you performing at your best

  • Exclusive access to our online forum where you can share your experience with our trainers and your fellow challengers

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Every 3 weeks you will have a scheduled time to sit down with one of our trainers to go over your food diary, training plan and ask any questions to ensure you are on track to achieve your goals

  • Regular fitness testing

  • Regular progress tracking (measurements, weigh-ins, photos etc)
