WickedBodz currently offers over 20 group training sessions each week, with a maximum of 15-20 people in each (depending on the session).
Group training costs a little more than a standard gym membership and less than seeing a personal trainer. It's the perfect middle ground if you want to have someone to guide and push you through a structured program that changes every session, and the fun and motivation of training with other like-minded people even professionals need a trainer to help them get the most from their training time.

Strength and Conditioning sessions combine a mixture of resistance (weights) and high intensity cardio exercises in an all body workout.
BOXING AND KICKBOXING SESSIONS
Boxing sessions are a high intensity circuit-style training session incorporating one-on-one pads with a trainer, bag drills, and high intensity strength and cardio exercises for an all-body, extreme fat-burning workout!
BOYS STRENGTH AND SIZE
Boys Strength and Size classes are a boys-only weights dominated class, specifically structured to increase hypertrophy (muscle growth).
GIRLS STRENGTH AND TONING
The Girls Strength and Toning classes vary from the Boys strength class and is designed to meet the specific goals of the participants. These classes contains a mixture of weighted and body weight exercises as well of a lot of exercises designed to target the core and booty.
If you would like to train with a friend, or in your own private group, we can program group sessions to suit people with similar goals, for a discounted rate. For sessions within the studio, we can accommodate a maximum of 20 people, and the sky is the limit for outdoor sessions!
