Small group classes

No contracts or memberships required. Simply find the session you’re after then book and pay online. Group training costs a little more than a standard gym membership and a lot less than seeing a personal trainer. It’s the perfect middle ground if you want to have someone to guide and push you through a structured program that changes every session, and the fun and motivation of training with other like-minded people – even professionals need a trainer to help them get the most from their training time. If you’re not sure what you need please Contact Us to have a chat about your current training regime, goals and limitations. We usually recommend at least 3 sessions per week with a mix of Strength and Conditioning and Boxing sessions. You do not need a gym membership to participate in our Small Group classes. 

Getting Started  If you’re a new customer, the best way to start is with our Introductory Offer of $25 for 2 sessions. 

Casual Options Great for those who train irregularly or are supplementing other forms of exercise.

  • Single Session = $20
  • Ten Pass = $200

You can purchase your session and book online. Valid for 2 months from date of first session.

Membership Options Memberships offer the best value with cheaper rates per class. Members also receive discounted pricing for Gym Memberships and wait-list priority.

 

  • Unlimited Small Group sessions per week = $55 per week
